With over 20 years of experience in the information services industry, the Executive Vice President has a diverse background in marketing, sales, software, hardware, distribution, technology, and consulting services.

The Executive Vice President has led teams to innovate service models, enhance the quality and capabilities of information outsourcing services, and foster the development of information businesses and technical talents. The Executive Vice President held positions as General Manager of IBM Taiwan Financial Industry Group and Manufacturing Industry Group, as well as General Manager of Wistron Software Taiwan and Hong Kong Business Group. Currently serve as the General Manager of Youwe Information Services, Executive Vice President of Shanda Information.
