In the fields of interior design and construction manufacturing, efficiency often determines delivery timelines and shapes clients’ first impressions of professionalism. Flyfast Cubicle Co., Ltd. has specialized in OA partition manufacturing for over 20 years, focusing on office and commercial space design and construction. To further extend its accumulated craftsmanship, Flyfast initiated a smart manufacturing transformation project, partnering with Shanda Information to implement an AI-driven digital workflow management system, shifting operations from experience-based practices to data-driven decision-making.
The implemented system is built on a large language model (LLM) foundation, redesigning both material planning and work order management processes. Based on order requirements, the system automatically generates material lists and performs intelligent cutting and material optimization calculations. This enables production teams to quickly identify required materials and configurations, significantly reducing manual calculation time while minimizing errors caused by complex details. All material usage and work order data are synchronized in real time, providing full visibility into production progress and inventory status.
In addition, the system is integrated with the existing ERP platform, allowing AI-generated insights to be fed back into inventory and material management modules. It automatically determines optimal cutting strategies and leftover material allocation, ensuring efficient use of every resource. This not only improves operational efficiency but also allows on-site technicians to focus more on construction quality. Furthermore, AI agents analyze historical order data to identify cost structures and profit patterns, supporting sales forecasting and operational insights. As a result, data previously scattered across multiple systems and spreadsheets is consolidated into actionable intelligence for decision-making.
In this project, Shanda Information was responsible for overall process assessment and system planning. Through close collaboration between both teams, the project successfully transformed raw data into actionable production insights and enabled the practical implementation of intelligent workflows, delivering tangible improvements to Flyfast Cubicle’s daily operations.
