Facing challenges such as multi-system integration, cross-department collaboration, and long-term data management, ensuring uninterrupted operations and robust cybersecurity protection has become a critical priority for MIRDC.
Unlike one-time system implementation projects, this collaboration between Shanda Information and MIRDC focuses on long-term operational stability and continuous optimization. Shanda Information provides comprehensive maintenance and technical support services for multiple core platforms, including the enrollment system, information management system, multimedia platform, and talent development portal. The enrollment system enhances course management and backend administration capabilities, while the information management system streamlines administrative workflows such as accommodation applications and vendor management, significantly reducing cross-department coordination efforts. In addition, the stable maintenance of training and multimedia platforms ensures seamless training operations and delivers a high-quality digital learning experience.
Beyond routine troubleshooting, configuration maintenance, and functional adjustments, Shanda Information has also incorporated regular vulnerability assessments and source code security reviews into the service framework.
